I discovered numerology years ago when I came across a book on numerology by Dan Milman called “The Life you were Born to Live”.

Numbers?  Really?  Yes!  I was utterly amazed at how precise and enlightening this science was.  Learning about numerology helped me learn more about myself and it gave me tools to create a better life.

I’m in no way an expert on numerology but from time to time I’ll take a peak into Dan’s or Glynis McCants’ book -the Number’s Lady- to get answers or guidance.  Numerology can help in different ways.  I use it before I hire new employees to see if they will be a match for the job and it worked each time!

Getting a reading or numerology report from a professional can be very useful and fun!

Which brings us to the date 11/11/11

I was listening to the fabulous Glynis McCants on  Hayhouseradio.com with Miss Fabulosity herself Colette Baron Reid talking about the date 11/11/11 and this is what they said:

-11 is a master number

-11 carries Divine Energy for powerful changes

-11 is a portal to a new life, a time to shift.  On 11/11/11 make that times 3!!!

-11/11/11 is a perfect day to launch a business, partner up, start something new, set your intentions, make a new association or get married!

-11 means The Universe is open, the energy of the Divine is behind you, uplifting and transporting you: infuse this energy in your new venture or project!

-1+1 +1+1+ 2+0+1+1 = 8 means prosperity: don’t spend money on that day.  Keep it simple; simple can be great!

From now until Friday the 11/11/11 you have plenty of time to prepare:  write what you want to achieve-change-give birth to-enhance.  Write your  goals, create a new vision for yourself, a new vision for your life…  What to you want to bring with you in the new year 2012?  What do you not want to bring with you in 2012?  Prepare to let it go now and on Friday 11/11/11 do a ritual to celebrate your new life!

On that powerful day of 11/11/11 light a white candle, finish writing your intentions and surround yourself with white light.  Take your piece of paper and burn it outside to release it to the Universe or bury it to symbolically root/ground it to the earth.  Perhaps you can do a short meditation to connect with your higher self, maybe you get up in the morning and before you get out of bed you set your intentions for the day and the years to come?
