Wealth Energetix™: Create a wealthy life!

What does wealth mean to you?

Freedom?  Having or making a million dollars?  Does wealth equal joy or more headaches?  Do you live pay check to pay check?  Are you deeply in debts?  Or do you attract and create unlimited abundance and prosperous opportunities in your life?  Do you live a life of purpose and joy or do you live in constant fear of not having enough?

This subject is particularly close to my heart as I deeply believe we all have special gifts to share to the world.  There are so many people, especially women, who need to  discover their talents AND honour their worth.

So, what is intuitive tarot reading and coaching anyway?

An intuitive tarot reading is a private one-on-one session where I use my intuition and my tarot and oracle cards as a tool to read you.  It is very profound and most of my clients say that they come out of a reading feeling understood.

In a tarot reading we can explore any area of your life that you wish: love, career, relationships, family, money issues, goals, you name it!

The coaching part is where I empower you to take control of your life.  I will give you concrete tools and homework (yes! homework!) so you can achieve your goals and create a magnificent life.

My goal is to guide, inspire and empower you to reach for and achieve your wildest most delicious dreams.

A 90 minute intuitive reading & coaching session ($165)

In a  90 minute session we focus on your chosen topic: creating or transforming a loving relationship, attracting more financial abundance, creating a healthy slender body  or manifesting your life purpose.  I use my favorite tarot & oracle cards and my intuition to guide us through a process where we will identify blocks, challenges or obstacles that you need to overcome to reach your goal.

Once we have a clear picture of your situation we will move into the coaching.  We may do a guided meditation, visualization or the Inner Vizion™ process;  it’s different for everyone but the process is always fun and powerful.

In a session I will give you the tools to help you create your desired outcome.  You will also have homework to do; your participation is the key to your success.

 

6 coaching sessions ($625)

This is usually the number of sessions necessary to ensure powerful, successful results.  We do 1 session per week for 6 consecutive weeks and you have homework to do each day.  This is to create new habits, thoughts and behaviors that are key to your success.  The sessions run about 45 minutes.

 

60 minutes intuitive reading ($125)

In a 60 minute session we will go deep within your chosen topic. I will give you keys/solutions to improve your situation, attain your goal or transform your life.  We will most likely not have time to do coaching in this session.

How to Calm the “Chit-Chatty” Mind with Pranayama!

The first thing I hear when I recommend meditation to a client is: “I can’t, it’s too hard.  My mind won’t stop!” or “I can’t sit long enough to calm my thoughts!”

Darlings, I have heard those excuses before and I hope this post will help you integrate meditation & pranayama in your daily life.

First of all, let me say that it’s a lot easier to meditate after a few pranayamas or breathing techniques.

Before I share with you a very simple pranayama, let me tell you the advantages of  breathing and meditation:

1.) pranayama and meditation will ground you, center you, connect you to your body (not your head)
2.) it will clear your mind and prepare you for your day
3.) it can energize or calm you depending on the technique you use
4.) it will make you more focused and sharp

 

Don’t believe me, try it for yourself!

BTW: pranayama can be a form of meditation since it keeps you focused on the present moment.

Here is a short pranayama that you can practice before meditation:

1.) Sit in a comfortable position either in lotus pose or on a chair.  Your back must be absolutely straight to allow the prana (energy) to flow easily.  It helps if you are in a quiet place where no one will disturb you so yes you do need to shut down your IPhone and computer :-)

2.) Start by paying attention to and deepening your breath.  Long breath in and long breath out.  Inhale and exhale through your nose.

3.) Inhale by counting 6 then exhale by counting 12.  By making your exhalation longer then the inhale you energize your body.  Do this for about 5 minutes.

4.) Then inhale counting 6, hold for 3 or longer and exhale for 12.  You can personalize to your needs for example you can inhale for 8, hold for 6 and exhale for 16 if you wish.  Do this for 5 to 10 minutes.

5.) Focus only on you breath in ….  and out…

6.) After about 15 minutes stop and return to normal breath.  Take a moment to feel the sensations in your body and the calmness of your mind.

7.) You can stay in this space of appreciation (this is meditation!) or stretch your body and go about your day.

Tip #1: A longer exhale will energize you so it if favorable to do this technique when you need a boost of energy.

Tip # 2: Before going to bed make your exhale the same length as your inhale.

Tip #3: If you have a hard time falling asleep remind your body of the sleep breath by inhaling long and exhaling very short.  If you need reminding of this breath listen to someone who does not snore!- breathing while they sleep.  You will notice that the exhale is very short…

Free Tips to Magnetize your Goals + Bonus Visualization Technique!


A long time ago a friend of mine told me about a job opening in a well known cartoon animation company.  I was excited to get an interview however did not think I would get the job as I had no experience whatsoever.   When I did not hear from the company , even after numerous follow up calls from me, my friend told me something that stuck in my mind to this day.

He said: “Put into that little (!) head that the job is yours.  See yourself sitting at that desk drawing cartoons.”  I think he wanted to smack my forehead to make a point as he said this but thankfully he refrained.

Fast forward almost 15 years and I can see so many examples where the power of thought and visualization has created magnificent opportunities in my life.

A book called “Creating Money” by Sanaya Roman was instrumental in teaching me the art of visualizing and magnetizing.  The exercises are very simple yet very powerful.

In this book I  learned that writing, imagining and visualizing in terms of qualities & emotions is more powerful than specifics such as job titles or names of potential boyfriends.  :-)

Tip #1:  Visualizing on the “essence” of what you want allows more space for the Universe to surprise you in magical ways

So I started making a list of my new ideal job. My list became 10 pages long!  Had I shown this list to any of my friends they would have said: “You are crazy, a job like this doesn’t exist!”  So I kept it to myself.   Everyday I would add to the list and I would sit, meditate, visualize and feel the essence, the qualities, the emotions this new job would bring me.

Tip #2: It’s important to spend time everyday to visualize your dreams and goals.

I did end up getting the job thanks to my friend and thanks to me for doing the work.

Tip #3: Visualize first THEN take action.

Tip #4: Not taking action will not get you any closer to reaching your goal.

Here are a few examples of things you can write or repeat like a mantra:

“I am in a wonderfully fulfilling, loving relationship with a man who respects and adores me.

“I create successful work opportunities where I am appreciated and abundantly paid for my talents.  I feel creative and challenged as I am working with fun people who are stimulating. “

“My work brings me great joy, fulfilment and financial stability/abundance.”

Or my favorite from Gay Hendricks: “I expand in love, abundance and success everyday as I inspire others to do the same.”

Tip #4:  You will always get you what you focus upon so CHOOSE your words  and thoughts carefully!

Not surprisingly, the cartoon artist job I was hired for matched exactly what I had written on my list.  All of it!  The challenge, the creativity, the flexible hours, the abundant pay, the freedom, the fun team members, even my amazing boss reflected the essence I had envisioned!

Tip #5: Dream big!  It’s your life!

Tip #6: Keep it to yourself until your manifestations come to life.  Do not share your dreams and goals  with party poopers.

Bonus: A Powerful Visualization Technique

1. Sit in a comfortable position in a quiet place

2. Take deep long breaths and relax your body

3. When you feel your mind quiet, take your list and read it, taking the time to feel the sensations and emotions this dream or goal evokes in you

4. Spend enough time in this space until you feel filled with this energy you are evoking

5. See your heart center shining like the brightest diamond.  Imagine your heart center beaming the most glorious light.

6.  Let the image of a symbol representing your goal or dream come to your mind.  See it clearly in your mind’s eye or give it a name if it’s easier for you

7. From your shining diamond  heart center imagine a coil spiraling towards your symbol

8. From your coil send this bright loving light from your heart to your symbol until you see your symbol illumined, glowing with light.  Spend a moment here and use your breath to direct the light from your coil.  You are now magnetizing your goal.

9. End this visualization by bringing your symbol into your heart

Do this technique as often as it feels right.
